Ok,
I have played with Burnt Ends and everything I have heard was
to toss the point back on for a few hours and smoke to get that
real smokey flavor. Are you saying you chop or cube the point
then add seasoning, toss it back on to smoke? How long do you toss it
back on for and how do you judge when its done?
