I've got one of those, too. I cook loinbacks and gave up on that rack and replaced it with the medium sized roasting rack from Williams-Sonoma that I used upside down. Ultimately, I gave up on that, too, because the ends of the ribs extended into the heat halo and overcooked/burnt. Now, I roll my loinbacks and skewer them with bamboo kabob skewers. I can get 3-4 racks on each grate. Needless to say, this is for home cooking and not for competition. Good Q'en On Ya'. John
