I did Berkshire butts at the last contest. Best tasting pork I ever had. I was lucky to save enough for our turn in. Just kept eating it the way it came out the pit. I also did ribs. They were tasty, but they cut way to much meet off the bones. The company I got them from said they will leave extra meat on them on my next order.
