Flat iron steak fingers ~ seasoned flour/beer egg wash/crushed bbq potato chips ... skillet fried in about 1" of oil. Tender and crispy ... great gametime munchies ... dipped in a lil' good bbq sauce and chased with a cold brewski. Rock Chalk!!
