We are having our quarterly dinner club meeting tonight at my house. 3 friends and spouses meet once a quarter for dinner. Dinner Club Rules - the man of the house has to do all the cooking, dinner cannot cost more than $100, wine cannot not cost more than $12 a bottle and it has to be something you have never cooked before. Tonights menu - appetizer will be hot crab cheese dip with toasted baguette bread, salad will be Creamy, Lemony Pepper-Parmesan Dressing on Romaine Lettuce Salad, main course will be Bouillabaisse Marseillaise with French Bread and for desert we will have home made Chocolate Cake from the Test Kitchen TV.
