I did something similar with some venison back strap cut into strips a couple years ago. Served them up with some flour tortillas and a few sauces and fixins to go with it. I'm wishing I didn't have to go to work in a couple minutes or I'd be thawing out some meat and heating the deeep fryer!! Those look great.
