We used to do that all the time at the fish house. Blanched red skin potato and veg. place the salmon on the veggies real nice and baked it in the oven. by the time the salmon was done, the veg. were hot too. cook to rare to med rare (no old bay) s/p only to bring out the salmon and the cedar. What kinda blanks to you have? Get the thick ones!!!!
