We are taking a 2 week trip in our motor home. (I know not really camping!) I have read recipes on how to grill bananas. Several different ways. What is you guys fav way to do this? Also Costco has ribeye steaks vacum sealed. How long do you think these will stay fresh? I like my steaks FRESH!! I can't take my WSM but I will sorta slow smoke the steaks and chicken in the weber grill. Thanks
