Pay extra for wild caught pacific salmon as it has more flavor and oils than the Atlantic farm raised cat food. Leave the skin on and use a light coating of pure maple syrup; then fine slivers of fresh garlic, coarse ground sea salt and black pepper. Place on cedar plank, skin side down and cook just until the feel of the flesh starts to firm up. DO NOT OVER COOK. Enjoy.
