I took the plunge this last weekend and installed a new prototype interface that works with the Stoker unit to control my FEC-100, and monitor my food probes. I have installed a wireless access point inside of the hopper box along with additional electrical outlets for the access point and the Stoker. So far, my temperature variance has been about two degrees. Is anyone else using these features and what has your results been? I am in IT, so the wireless access point is something I work with everyday.

Later,
Scott
