I with you Scottie. Maybe I don't understand what is being done here - but don't you set the temp on the thermostat of the FEC and let it cook? Why the Stoker? What is there stoke? Fire is being fed fuel from the pellets.

I can see the use of a Stoker with a traditional charcoal/wood fire that needs air help fuel, but I missing something with the pellet cookers.
