I've cooekd enough on my old ones and know how long things take so I'm not going to upgrade unless I have no choice. On the new IQ4 I'm still learning times. You'd think an average of the degree swings would be the right setting for the same time but the high points cook a lot faster and the low points don't slow things down as much. But I'll be ready for the big stuff and chicken on the new IQ4 by May. Still using the same golden oldie for my ribs. And have a 3rd FE for cooking non comp food so breakfast may change a little.
