I installed one of the prototypes last weekend. I have a FEC-100 ramp model with the Traeger controller, so I did not have access to any temps other than the presets. I had a Stoker that I used as a remote meat thermometer, so this was a good option for me. This interface allows control of the temp now, and it maintains it within two degrees of the target temp. I still have the Traeger controller mounted in the unit, so I ahve backup incase of an failure.
