My birthday present arrived today and I now have a complete "Competition Barbeque Set" of Forschner knives! The set includes:
1 - 12" Granton edge slicing knife
1 - 6" Boning knife
1 - 7" Granton edge Santuko knife
1 - 4" Paring knife
1 - 10" Sharpening Steel
And, to keep them all safe and secure, a canvas zippered cutlery roll that can hold up to 8 knives.
All the gear was purchaed through our good friends, Brent and Kim Walton of QN4U. Looks like there will be no equipment-related excuses for bad knife work this season!
