For a proper McRib, split a loaf of french bread in half and toast the cut surfaces. Overcook a slab of babybacks just enough in foil so that you can slide the bones out, and glaze with your favorite sauce. Gently lay the entire now-boneless slab of BB meat on the toasted loaf of french bread, drizzle with extra sauce if you wish, and enjoy. Now THAT's a proper McRib.
