I was really excited when I found this forum as I saw it as a place I could learn the basics from the pros. Yesterday, I asked for help with my off set cooker and got only one response. I thought this would be a place where info (not secrets) was shared, but it turns out to be mostly a site where insiders just chit- chat with each other. Mike – thanks for the input, but I won’t bother to ask again.
