Man, you are right, this is not the place for someone with your expectations. This is a community of professionals and back yard cookers that come together to share joy, sadness and everything in between, This is not the 24 waiting to take your call help line. Most of us are either with our families or out cooking on weekends and not living with a computer. Why not do what I did when I started, read everything that is already on the internet in all the websites first. That question you asked is not new. Then when someone asked a question on this forum, you can help them just like you were helped.
