i have to disagree with your comment. there is no better place to ask questions to such a wide body of people. begginers , pros , folks from the kcbs as well as other bbq organizations. everything from pits to sides and everything in between. we are also new to bbq comps and have asked many questions and have had great response.
if you do not get the response you are looking for rephrase your question and ask again.
