I could not disagree more with your observation. When I was a newbie here I would ask some pretty basic questions, and would have detailed answers posted in response. As I have slowly improved and compete from time to time, my questions have gotten better and more complex. Each time I get detailed answers, and sometimes chuckle at the pros that I've seen on tv or at contests that will take the time to type a response. They are very generous with their time. One tip for you, most guys on weekends are competing or out cooking. You might have better luck early in week.
