Brownulated Sugar

Is anyone else having trouble finding brownulated sugar? It's a key ingredient in a rub that I eventually plan to take over the world with but now I can't find it anywhere. I've been to three major grocers that normally stock it and not only are they out of it but they don't know when, if ever, they will get anymore in.
