a local farmer is advertising beef at $1.50/# hanging weight. i called and asked if i could buy a whole side at $1.50/# from him. he had to check with his locker. has anyone every cut up a side themself? do lockers even allow this? i'm sure the locker would add another ?$/# to cut and wrap. its cold here, and i've got a chop saw :).
