funny thing. i haven't talked to steve for about a month. 5 minutes ago he called to order some wood for the meat lab. have knife and saw will travel! if that farmer calls me back, i'm getting out the skidloader :). he estimated 2 hours cut time. me, i'd be at it for days. hands on cutting up a whole beef with an true professional, that will be cool.
