i was kind of thinking in that direction too. we get an education, and some reasonably priced meat. make it a party. just like deer season, but a bigger animal :). if we learn how to do it, i know where we can get more. others may be interested. i'll let you know if he calls back. i caught him(the farmer) off guard when i told him i wanted a side at that price :). otherwise, we'll find another cow.
