we'll see what happens. i have a feeling the locker is gonna hit me up for another 60-80cents a pound, no matter what. sounds like you get about 60-70% take home meat from hanging weight. 300#s hanging weight should be around 180-200 pounds take home. $450 divided by 200 pounds is still cheap (2.25/# including all cuts). plus, i'd love to wrestle it :).
