Does this sound right??

Haven't done this for awhile so may need a memory prod!
Gonna soak a couple hunks of store bought corned beef overnite to leach a bit of the salt out then season with coriander/black pepper b4 smoking... IIRC the 'pastrami' will be ready to eat @ about 170deg or so--is this right??
