Why dont you do alot of practices at home and invite your friends and family to come be your tasters/judges and whatever they say do it that way in competition,we cook for friends and family they tell us what they like and dont like we take the good to competition and for the most part had some good luck.But to per-say cook for the judges or worry about how they want it or what they are lookin for i dont do and if i see myself leaning that way ill stop competing this is a hobby for us and that takes away from it for us
