The Brinkman "charcoal" pan I ordered to use with my WSM pan came in and I have a question in that regard. The WSM pan slips down in the B pan, without going all the way down. When I put both pans in the WSM, the WSM pan will stick up about an inch higher than than it did and the bottom cooking grill will, therefore, need to lay right on top of the pan. Is this the way yours works? Secondly, when you use the two pans, does the bottom cooking grate still have a cooking temp on it about the same as the top cooking grate? When using water like I always have, the bottom grate was actually a little cooler than the top. Thanks for your help. I just need to know what to expect so I can cook accordingly.
