Just my opionon but there are contest that has had this name for at least 5 yrs so did you guys take there Name ???? I think before I would go talk to a lawer I would look in to who had it first. as for them to sponser you guys maybe you should help these contest that had the name first with there prize money!!!!!!! OR you could just leave it WELL enough alone and just cook BBQ and have fun.
