I use a full size steam pan.Two#10 cans of vanilla pudding,three boxes of nilla wafers,three bunches of bananas sliced.Mix well and let sit refrigerated over night to soften the wafers and bananas.I crumble extra wafers over the top for appearance.One pan feeds 50 people.
