My opinion is it's best to start with what is unique about you and go from there. If you're just starting out and want to establish an identity, the best team names carry the information needed to get an insight into who the people behind the team are. Here a few examples:
Two Fat Larrys
Pellet Envy
Smokin' Triggers
Jus-Fer-Fun Cooking Crew
Big Green Eggs and Ham
Late Night Whiskey Smokers
Another way to go is with something catchy and funny, like Swine Flew, Oink Cackle and Moo or Bean Bandits. Of course once you become successful and famous it doesn't matter what your name is. ;)
