Quite honestly I don't really care what you or they think, you missed the point of this string all together.

Some of these guys are forum bullies and have been for a long time, they know who they are. I on the other hand get real frustrated with their snide comments directed at me and others. So I choose to speak up in defense of all of us that remember what this forum was like prior to the comp cook take over!

I cater for a living, I also have a huge investment, more than most weekend comp cooks so no spitting here it is what it is!
