if, as you said, you have never had nor will have your meat judged at a contest. And ofcourse everyone knows if it sells it has to be good because the American Public would never buy anything but the best barbeque, yeah right. Not trying to pile on, but the implication of your post is "look at my food, look how good it is" don't be suprised when people who spend a lot of time having their food judged and scored in a controlled environment, by people who know what is good Q and what is not, aren't impressed.
