I was at the Hazelwood Mi. contest last week to judge. Mike Mills was giving a cooking demonstrations. I had a chance to have a brief conversation with him about the contest he was having in Murphysboro IL. I emailed him for more info. He called me earlier this afternoon. We spent about an hour talking about the differences between KCBS and the MIM/MBN type contests.
He is a great guy! He treated me like a long lost friend that he was bringing up to date on what's been happening while I was gone. I wish I could have spent more time talking to him. I had roofers putting on a new roof on the house. The pounding was driving me nuts.
