Fattys can be a blast to make - Start with any bulk (uncased) pork sausage, roll it our flat between saran wrap with a bread roller to about 1/2 inch thick, remove top layer of saran.. Add (Stuff) with whatever you like, ie onions, cheese, sun dried tomatoes, basil, garlic... whatever. Remove the top layer of wrap. Roll the sauasage up in the bottom layer of wrap. Hold the ends together and roll it into the shape of a jimmy dean bulk sauage. Cook to at least 165. If you put cheese into it let it sit for at least 15 mins. Slice and enjoy.
