I hear ya ShoddyHog,nuttin in the orld beats it.I got a 6 lb.brisket flatt on the cooker,put it on at 5:30 this morning and got 3 slabs of st.louis style ribs going on at 9:00am and just waiting on Jr.#88 to do that texas 2 step today:)
