That really is the best smell ever. If you can bottle it, I can distribute it for ya! ; )
I've got a load of meat to cook today too. Probably do a half dozen flats, four butts, two boneless turkey breasts, twelve slabs of b'backs, and a dozen chicken thighs. Good eats this week!
Guess I should get started, huh?
