Fry up some onions, mushrooms and a couple cans of sauerkraut with the juice squeezed out in some butter til the kraut gets a nice caramel color being careful not to scorch, then toss in rib meat equal to the amount of other stuff. Heat thru, season to taste with a little extra rub if needed and eat. Great in a bowl, as a side or on a bun.
