I believe he's running the contest, or a big backer of it. We both had a chuckle when I told him I'd have trouble putting a 65 pound pig in my WSM. He then suggest that I just do the ribs and/or shoulder.
I'd like to try it but I can't do a pig and I think I'd have trouble doing a shoulder. Can you stuff a pig in your cooker? R U thinking about it? If so need a helper? They will be following the MIM or is the MBN rules.
