My daughter brought over a "cyro" package of butts for me to cook. They had been frozen since she purchased them about a month before. I almost threw up when I opened them They stunk up the whole house and the trash bin. I had a can of old ashes I put in the trash bin, over the butts to stop the smell.
IMHO aged pork or chicken, both white meats, should not be aged!
