I have had 2 84 Langs. If you will give yourself a little time to learn the smoker, you'll find that you don't need to waste money tuning it. They are great smokers, and they work just fine right out the factory. The whole trick is to give it time to heat up and stabalize before loading it. Langs are very easy to control...with a little practice.
