We had the best of the best and the worst of the worst for the weekend. Two firsts, ribs and brisket, and an 8th in pork. No call in chicken though. We're hoping for 11th or so to have a shot at top one or two. Ended up 27th in chicken. Reps said that we turned in 3, not just one, but THREE, raw pieces of chicken. I stabbed each and every one of those pieces of chicken and it read 168-172. Still mad as a hornet but what can you do. Wish the reps had at LEAST come out to our site with the chicken to SHOW it to us. Didnt do it. Its my word against theirs. But, we had a good weekend other than that.
