You are right gordo, when I checked the results again a minute ago, I read it again and see that it is asked that way. But my answer is still the same. I am still bbqed out. Maybe someday my urge to eat bbq frequently will return, but I doubt it. Kinda like over indulging on slow gin while in high school 30 years ago. Have not touched the stuff since. LOL! All that said, cooking bbq is my favorite pastime. Even though it has become a part time job. Cannot wait for the next excuse to cook somthing. Yesterday I experimented by smoking some pickled turkey gizzards. Not kidding. My wife thought I went off the deep end. But while eating some last weekend the idea crossed my mind about how they would taste smoked and I thought about it all week so I just had to try it yesterday, so I bought a jar full drained them, put on some Dizzy Pig Jamaican Firewalk and threw them on the Horizon.
