A good Q'er never gives away his or her secrets, but seeing as I do more Catering the Q-contests, I have used Claude's. In Texas, Claude's was the only thing I could get, I normally use Gold Buckel, Claude's works OK and the flavor is OK too. Now that I am back in Nebraska, ONLY gold Buckel will do.
