I agree on the rule standardization. To me, that is very important. No matter what sanctioning body, it is nice to know the rules before your sign up and go to a contest. This would be nice if they standardized the rules for ancillary categories also. It really gripes me when we check what type of container will be used for a ancillary and then they allow any container. That is frustrating.
