Hey All, I emailed Joe Ames Sr. today asking about the shelf life of the FAB products because of the recent series of inquiries on this forum. Below is the email response I received back from Joe. Hopefully this will help all who were asking. Have a swell weekend.

So much depends on storage conditions. If kept “cool and dry”, at least a year.
It can be compared to the bouillon found on the supermarket shelf.
