Is there a good Mac Salad out there.??

Catering a party for about 200 adults. Pulled pork sandwiches and chicken platters with Mac salad and coleslaw. I want to try to keep cost as low possible but still serve a quality product. Would anyone have a good mac recipe I could use?.

Any help would be appreciated.
