I know where you live. (g) Me ... I smoked 3 slabs of spares today, and about 8# of boneless beef short rib/burnt ends. Also baked some Vidalia onions in the smoker ... foil wrapped'em and put them in the sand pan of my WSM right under the middle rack ~ worked great. So, didja ever get that pear wood split/chunked?
