howdy lee. I slathered both the beef short ribs and the pork spare ribs with some homemade mustard ... then dusted the:
beef ribs - dizzy pig redeye express rub / homemade arkansas shack sauce
2 slabs of spares - mary's cherry rub / smokey mountain smokers sauce
1 slab of spares - dizzy pig jamaican firewalk rub / pee dee river swamp sauce
