I am staying home and not cooking a thing ! After 3 days of competitions last weekend I am still trying to recover !! Next up is Memorial day Weekend in Boulder City NV. BTW how many here have done a 3 cook competition ? We did in Indio Ca. at the Stagecoach comp and it was rough !! Friday was Wings,salsa,and chili comp,then saterday and sunday back to back KCBS comps,takes a week to get back to n ormal afetr that ! lol !
