I am going to enter my first BBQ competition in July and was wondering if Tender Quick is against the rules my husband said he thought is was. If not how much do you use per pound? Also do you mix it with the dry rub or what? My neighbor said on T.V they judge on the red ring also in the meat and I can't achieve it. Need Some HELP
